Love knows no age limit.
In February, the month of love,
let’s remember that love goes beyond
romance and into the familial and
platonic realms, too. At Optima
Living, we believe in nurturing all
forms of love, whether it's with a
partner, family, or friends.
Here are five ways to continue growing
in love as you age:
The new games our rec team has
introduced are a big hit! We recently
tried balloon volley, and it was filled
with endless laughter. Not only is this
game accessible to all residents, but
it's also incredibly fun.
We never tire of show and tell in our
community! Each member brings riveting
and unique stories, accompanied by
fascinating items to share.
Ukrainian Week
Shumka dancers recently visited us
during our week of celebrating Ukrainian
traditions. It was an honour to watch
these talented performers and share in
our love for Ukraine together.
During Ukrainian Week, our community
hosted a fashion show featuring stunning
traditional clothing. We delighted in
delicious Ukrainian cuisine, crafted
traditional wreaths, and shared
cherished family heirlooms.
