Thoughtfully-assembled two bedroom, one bedroom, and studio suites are available to choose from, each with modern touches and conveniences. Many suites include a personal terrace or balcony so you can enjoy the crisp Alberta air in the privacy of your own home. You’ll never have to worry about cooking, cleaning, or shovelling snow: it’s all included.
The concrete construction of Aster Gardens is quiet and safe. All hallways are less than 50 metres long, so there are no long walks. Each suite is equipped with design considerations that are both safety conscious and aesthetically appealing. With you in mind, every suite and bathroom features an innovative anti-fall design. Our state-of-the-art security and resident monitoring systems will ensure everyone can sleep soundly. Contact-free interactions will be easy too, especially with the keyless-entry doors. Studio suites starting at $3,150.

• Two Bedroom Suites - Aster Gardens' two bedroom suites are designed for Independent Living and Supportive Living residents. All suites include a microwave, fridge, and stove.
• Memory Care Suites - Memory Care is a form of specialized care that caters to residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other related dementias and memory concerns. Memory Care is designed and focused on residents' quality of life and safety. All Memory Care suites include a bed, bed-side table, and dresser. Read the Memory Care brochure.

Floor Plans
Every floor at Aster Gardens is convenient, accessible, and full of amenities. From our fully-equipped ground floor to the rooftop patio, you'll feel welcome everywhere you go. Have a swim on the ground floor pool, grab a bite in the second and third-floor bistro or lounge, or have a drink in the fourth-floor pub. No matter where you go, you'll find open spaces, natural light, and the smiling faces of your friends. Our floors are designed with their own neighbourhoods in order for the residents to navigate easily. Welcome home!
In the underground level at Aster Gardens, there is plenty of room to park your vehicle(s) or charge your scooter in a secure and heated space. We have also provided additional storage space for all of your extra belongings.
The main floor of Aster Gardens is rich with captivating, modern, and innovative design features. In the lobby, you will be greeted by the concierge team who is ever-ready to assist and serve you. Visit with friends around a warm and inviting fireplace, take a dip in the indoor pool, or enjoy a delicious meal in the beautiful Mainstreet Grill.
You can enjoy several amenities on the second floor, like bingo, exercise classes, shuffleboard, piano, and much more! Daily, fresh lunch and dinner meals are offered in the Agora Room.
Head to our third floor if you are looking to get your creative juices flowing. In the Memory Care art room, try your hand at painting, scrapbooking, sculpting, drawing, and many other fun activities. Enjoy an afternoon cocktail or evening nightcap in the lounge!
The fourth floor may end up being your favourite spot at Aster Gardens! You will find a large rooftop patio with a gorgeous view of lush, green parks. You can also work on your short game on the putting green, sip your favourite beverage in the lounge and pub, or soak in some sunshine and fresh air under the pergola surrounded by raised garden boxes.
In the Aster Gardens library on the fifth floor, you will find a quiet and comfortable space to enjoy your favourite book or find a new favourite author. You can also send friends and family an email or surf the web from any of the computers in the library.
Grab your friends and head to the sixth-floor games room to enjoy a game of pool or play your hand at cards.
