As we age, maintaining our bodies only becomes more important and more challenging. But with the right help, anything is possible!

Join our webinar on August 14th, “Achieving Mental & Physical Health.” Dr. Adrian Wagg will be discussing the best strategies and techniques for ensuring long-lasting health.

Please follow the Optima Living Facebook page or visit the Optima Living YouTube channel and watch the webinar!

August 26th | 11 AM MTN

Aster Gardens will transform the way seniors experience daily life. It is designed to be a vibrant active living community.

If you’re curious about the dynamic, meaningful, and healthy standard of living we can offer seniors, join the leaders of the Aster Gardens team on August 26th at 11 AM MTN for a Q&A session! Bring your questions, and let us tell you more about what active living truly means.

Community Leasing Coordinator Linda Portsmouth will be joining live from the new Aster Gardens show suites!

Does one of your loved ones have dementia, or are you living with dementia yourself? In our webinar, Dr. Adrian Wagg—Alberta Health Services Chair in Healthy Ageing—goes over what it is like to live with dementia, and how to continue leading a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Rather than focusing on treating a symptom illness or specific parts of the body, holistic wellness considers the whole person, their body, and how he or she interacts with their environment. Are holistic health practices right for you? Read more at the Aster Gardens blog.

COVID-19 Update

At Optima Living, managers of Aster Gardens, we know how hard this time has been for both residents and their loved ones to be physically separated. We are delighted to facilitate expanded visitation! As we welcome back loved ones in a safe and controlled way, we appreciate everyone’s patience.
