Aster Gardens, an Optima Active Living Community, is hosting a series of informative sessions by Dr. Adrian Wagg, the AHS Chair in Healthy Ageing and Division Director of Geriatric Medicine at the University of Alberta.

In our second instalment, Dr. Wagg discusses maintaining bladder health.

As the Alberta Government has announced, our economy is slowly beginning to reopen. Stage One of the strategy, which will allow for some businesses and facilities to resume operations, began on May 14th. Enhanced preventions and controls will still be in place. From now on, barbershops, salons, restaurants, outdoor recreation, dentists, and more will start to open again!
